Un millón de sonrisas is a CIVIL ASSOCIATION founded 2017 by Beatriz Valdes. 1 Million Smiles brings joy, fun, love and hope to boys and girls who are in vulnerable situations like battling cancer.

How do we do it?
We collect donations every quarter, by hosting events and toy runs and deliver the donations in a recreational events where the children affected will be given toys and played with by professional trained personal.

The Families will be supported with essential need items like food, clothing, detergent or transportation to the chemo treatment.
